The Welsh government have announced that Self-contained accommodation can open its doors to guests from Monday 13th July 2020.
Can I Pay my balance payment now?
Yes, if your arrival date is on or before the 13th July, then you can settle any remaining monies owed on your holiday. On receipt of your balance payment, we will send to you the property access information, property directions and any other information you may need.
Can I have a refund if there is a second wave of the coronavirus, that results in restricted travel, therefore holidays not being able to be fulfilled?
We will escalate your request for a refund with the property’s owner, All customers so far have been refunded /or chosen to re-schedule their holidays. Coastal Holidays have relaxed our T&Cs but are charging either a £35 or £50 cancellation fee dependent on the size of the booking.
Will local attractions & eateries be open when I visit?
The Welsh Government have announced that as of the 6th July attractions and eateries can re-open. If you plan to visit a specific venue/attraction, please call them initially to check if they are open when you intend to visit and to understand any potential restrictions that maybe in place.
What cleaning measures are in place at properties to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus?
To prevent the spread of Covid-19, Coastal Holidays along with property owners and affiliated cleaners have reviewed their cleaning policies & procedures which has resulted in enhanced cleaning measures at all properties. The cleaning plan for the property that you are staying at can be emailed to you. Please request a copy via our email email@example.com
As a result of the extra cleaning measures will Check in & Check out times change?
Yes, to allow our cleaning teams time to thoroughly clean all our properties we are changing the check in & check out times at most of our properties. These have been changed to;
Check in from 5pm Check out from 9am
