  • Small lounge: Sofa, log burner, and a small TV.
  • Large lounge: Spacious seating area, TV, and a sofa bed (for guests 5 and 6).
  • Privacy screen available.
• Kitchen / Dining Area:
  • Well-equipped kitchen with major appliances.
  • Large dining table for shared meals.
  • Boot room leading to the garden.
• Bedrooms:
  • Bedroom 1:
    • Large king-sized bed, chair, and chest of drawers.
  • Bedroom 2:
    • Two single beds (or 1 super king-sized bed), chair, and wardrobe.
  • Guests 5 and 6 will sleep in a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a privacy screen / room divider available.
  • Please add the extra guests to the booking form.
• Bathroom:
  • Bath with electric shower.
• Outside:
  • Split-level garden with table and chairs.
  • The garden is enclosed for pets and young children.
